  • All sessions are offered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth counseling across Texas. You can log in from your home, office, or wherever you feel comfortable and private. No driving, no waiting rooms, just click the link and join.

  • Sessions range from $75 to $150 depending on the service.

    I currently do not accept insurance directly. If your plan allows for out-of-network benefits, I can use Thrizer. I also offer a sliding scale, and would love to work out a price that best fits your financial means.

  • A standard session is 50 minutes. Child sessions tend to be a little less. Most people start with weekly sessions, but we’ll adjust depending on your needs, goals, finances, and schedule.

  • That’s completely okay! Many clients are new. In our first session, we’ll simply talk about what brings you in and what you’d like to work on. Think of it as a conversation, not a test.

  • You don’t need a script. Many people start with “I don’t know where to begin,” and that’s perfectly fine. I’ll guide the conversation with questions and use approaches like CBT, DBT skills, play therapy, Brainspotting, and trauma-informed care to support you.

  • Yes! I provide online counseling for children, teens, and parents. I use play therapy, creative tools, and family support to help kids open up, manage big emotions, and feel safe. However, I do not offer Family Therapy.

  • Honestly, it’s so normal to wonder that, especially if you’ve tried before or you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s what I can tell you: therapy isn’t about me “fixing” you. You’re not broken. It’s about giving you a safe, supportive space to be real, to let out what’s been bottled up, and to try new ways of coping with the hard stuff. It may feel a little uncomfortable at first (like stretching a new muscle), but over time many people notice they feel lighter, calmer, and more hopeful. My goal is that you leave each session with tools you can actually use and a little more confidence for whatever comes next.
