Counseling for Pain, Loss, and Change
There is no perfect reason to start therapy. I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, life changes, disability, parenting stress, grief, or pet loss. Whatever brings you here, we will be honest about it and work through it without pretending it is easy.
Adult Individual Therapy
Being an adult can feel like carrying trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bills, responsibilities, and everyone’s expectations all at once. I help adults sort through what feels overwhelming, process painful experiences, and build coping skills that actually make sense in real life. Therapy with me is not about pretending everything is fine or throwing toxic positivity at the problem. It is about getting honest, finding relief where we can, and helping you feel more grounded, capable, and like yourself again.

Parent Support
Parenting can be beautiful, exhausting, overstimulating, and occasionally make you question every life choice before 8 a.m. I help parents process the stress, guilt, frustration, and second-guessing that can come with raising a child who is struggling. As a parent myself, I understand how hard it can be to stay calm when you are tired, triggered, or running on fumes. My goal is to give you a space to be honest, get perspective, and learn practical ways to handle tough moments without pretending parenting is easy.

Child Therapy
Kids have big feelings, and they do not always come out in neat, easy-to-understand ways. Sometimes it looks like anger, sadness, worry, attitude, shutting down, or a meltdown over something that seems small but clearly is not small to them. I help children express what they are feeling through words, play, creativity, and age-appropriate tools. My goal is to help kids feel understood, learn healthier ways to cope, and build confidence without expecting them to act like tiny adults.

Pet Grief
Losing a pet can bring deep grief, guilt, anger, loneliness, and a kind of pain many people do not fully understand. I help individuals process the loss of a beloved pet, honor the bond they shared, and work through the emotional weight that comes with saying goodbye. As someone who has lost beloved pets, I understand this pain personally and will not minimize it or sugarcoat it. My goal is to provide a space where your grief is taken seriously while helping you find ways to carry the love, loss, and adjustment moving forward.
